5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within Canada and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Nooraltair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the matter with the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

The following are not eligible for return:

• Items damaged due to improper use or assembly

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

• Items without original packaging

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
