Organic Mesh Headphone Stand

The engineering inside

Most headphone stands are just a peg. This one is a shell, an open lattice mesh that wraps around the headband instead of leaving it draped over a single point, so the shape holds instead of stretching out over time.

The wide base keeps it planted, and the tapered neck carries the weight up to where the headband actually rests, so even heavier over-ear headsets sit stable instead of tipping the whole thing forward. The open lattice isn't just for looks either. It cuts down on material and print time while still holding its shape under real weight.

It works as a stand-alone sculptural piece as much as a functional one, so it looks just as good empty on a shelf as it does holding your headphones.

Why it holds up

We print this on the same machines and to the same process controls we use for engineering and prototyping work. This isn't a hobby-printer side project. It's a small-batch production piece built to actually hold your headphones.
