Built around the powerful L298N chip, this module lets you independently control two DC motors or one stepper motor — with full speed and direction control. Equipped with a large-capacity filter capacitor and freewheeling protection diodes, this module is built for reliability. The onboard 78M05 voltage regulator supplies 5V logic power directly from the drive voltage, simplifying your wiring. For drive voltages exceeding 12V, simply remove the onboard jumper and supply external 5V logic to protect the regulator and ensure stable operation.
